We currently have 4 certified full-time residential appraisers of which 2 are also certified general appraisers and 3 part-time certified appraisers on staff ready to assist you with real estate appraisals in 11 Missouri Counties.

All of our appraisers believe in maintaining the highest standards in their professional careers as Certified Appraisers.  Two of our appraisers hold designations from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA).

All four of our full-time appraisers have Bachelor’s Degrees as well as four with Masters Degrees from Missouri Universities.  One of our appraisers also has experience as an appraisal instructor for NAIFA.
