We consistently strive to maintain at least a 5-10 business day or less turnaround time on typical single-family appraisals! However this is dependent upon being able to arrange an appointment quickly with the home owner for the site observation, the uniqueness of the property, and the amount of market research which must be completed individually for each appraisal. Typically, single-family full appraisals can be completed for $325.00 to $575.00 depending on the county and scope of the assignment.

We maintain a vast library of current and historical data from MLS, public records and previous appraisal files in order to have access to the best available market data.
